The delivery of an order may take 24 hours in Dhaka city & 48 hours out of Dhaka city business hours from the date of confirmation. The estimated delivery timeframe is mentioned on the product pages. However, actual delivery time depends upon availability of shipping address, courier company’s guidelines or any other circumstances.

       Shipping charges may be applicable.

              No two promotions can be combined.

 Any product purchased during special promotions cannot be returned or replaced.

8.      COD Payment System

If clients place order more than 1500 taka in case of cash on delivery, he/she has to pay 50% of the placing order. Advance payment can be received through online payment/ pay by phone (like Bkash, Nagod & other Mobile Banking)/ internet banking. If any clients ordered from outside of Dhaka City Corporation, he/she has to pay full advance of the placing order in any amount. However, 100% advance is applicable for any kind of customized products. 

9.      International Delivery

. In case of international delivery, a client must have bear the international delivery charges (Though right now we don't have any international shipping policy).

10. Your Account and Registration Obligation

When you register as a member of the Site you have been or will be required to provide certain information and register a username and password for use on this Site.

On becoming a member of the Site:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of, and restricting access to and use of, your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
• You agree to immediately notify mehendibymimi of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Normal Delivery: If your shipping address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by maximum two business day. If it is outside Dhaka then it will take 2-3 business days.
